13. Collecting and acting on information gathered from colleagues and referrals
14. Providing advice on Shared Ownership Mortgages and a range of non-regulated insurance products and services to meet your customers’ needs
15. You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Shared Ownership Mortgage Advisor
16. Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
17. CeMap qualified or Equivalent
18. Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
19. 2 years or more experience as a mortgage advisor
20. Motivated to be successful
21. Always doing the right thing by the customer
22. Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
23. Full UK Driving Licence
