The Role: As our Year 3 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a class of pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2—a critical stage in their learning journey. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are stimulating, inclusive, and tailored to meet the needs of all learners. You will provide clear structure and consistency as children adjust to increased expectations for independence, helping them build strong foundations in core subjects, particularly reading, writing and maths. Beyond academic development, you will play a vital role in promoting pupils’ social and emotional growth, encouraging curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning. You will use a variety of formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform next steps, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
