Location: North Lanarkshire (on-site, 5 days per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This HR Advisor role is all about being on the ground, supporting managers with complex employee relations (ER) issues, and driving performance in a busy operational setting.
The Role
* Act as the go-to for all things employee relations – handling disciplinaries, grievances and casework with confidence.
* Partner with managers to tackle key people challenges around absence, performance, recruitment and engagement.
* Provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice that keeps things compliant but also gets the job done.
* Support organisational changes and restructures, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Collaborate with H&S, Training and other teams to make sure people activity is joined up.
* Keep people data and records accurate, using HR systems effectively.
