Overview: Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/Data Administrator/Accounts Administrator to join an expanding, international organisation. Working as part of an established Reward and Employee Value Proposition team (within HR), t his role will entail working on a variety of projects and providing administrative support related to reward elements (i.e. annual salary and bonus reviews, promotions and progression cycles). Responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews, including: co-ordinating the collation of data for salary benchmarking surveys in Jersey, Guernsey, UK. working with the Resourcing Team to co-ordinate the annual collation of market data across all Company jurisdictions. monitoring review cycle timelines closely to ensure deadlines are met. managing the secure distribution of salary and bonus data into the business. Supporting the delivery of the twice yearly promotions and progressions cycle (including monitoring deadlines, recommendations, liaising with HR Business Consultants and HR Operations to ensure processes and communications run smoothly). Liaising with colleagues at all levels, across the business. Contributing to the business by identifying improvements in processes, policies and procedures. Assisting with administrative activity required for HR projects (i.e. set-up of new benefits), as well as supporting changes to statutory regulations for reward, benefits and wider EVP matters. Supporting the delivery of global annual benefit renewals, i.e. data analysis and calculation of costings. Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data. Maintaining Reward-related processes and policies, whilst following existing HR processes accurately. Creating and updating excel spreadsheets. Checking letters/documents to ensure accuracy of data. Assisting in presenting data/information to Company Board. Ad-hoc duties as required, to ensure the effective operation of the Reward and EVP team, together with the wider HR team. Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years administration experience, ideally within a professional services environment. Previous experience of working within HR/supporting reward or compensation activities - beneficial. Strong I.T. skills including advanced MS Excel skills (i.e. ability to create complex formulae, VBA, Macros etc.) Strong communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels within the Company.
