Base pay range
Referment are partnering with a leading global provider of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions to help them identify an experienced Senior Customer Success Specialist to join their growing London team.
This firm provides cutting-edge regulatory technology and compliance solutions to some of the world’s most sophisticated hedge funds, asset managers, and private equity firms. As they continue to scale, they are looking for someone who can ensure their SaaS clients are getting maximum value from the platform, while helping to strengthen long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for client enquiries and technical issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges
* Proactively engage clients to optimise their use of the platform
* Gather client feedback to help inform product development
* Support special projects and internal initiatives
What They’re Looking For
* 5+ years experience in financial services, regulatory compliance or surveillance technology
* Experience with SaaS platforms (Zendesk a bonus)
* Strong knowledge of trade surveillance, market abuse detection, or regulatory monitoring
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
