Information Manager - Water In this newly created strategic role you will lead the development and implementation of a robust Information Management (IM) strategy, ensuring compliant, consistent, and efficient delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Reporting to the Regional Director of Projects, you will work alongside senior capability leaders to shape and deliver project excellence. You'll raise the profile of IM across the business-driving accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and influence, rive excellence in project information delivery across our Water & Environment portfolio. Your remit will include * Lead and implement the IM strategy aligned to project delivery and client needs. * Build, develop, and deploy high-performing IM teams across projects and programmes. * Collaborate with capability leaders to ensure effective resource planning and delivery. * Drive adoption of best practice, including ISO 19650 and the UK IM Framework. * Champion innovation, automation, and digital delivery (including AI-enabled solutions). * Improve IM maturity and consistency across projects and portfolios. * Support business performance through governance, assurance, and audit compliance. * Create an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
