About The Role
We're looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Gloucester branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.
This role will suit someone who is at ease with people and able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. It involves finding solutions for customers, keeping up to date with our services and policies, and staying on top of admin. Key responsibilities include dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately, taking calls, and other duties within our Customer Service area.

About You
For this role, you'll be a people person, and it will be important that you can engage with a diverse range of people, find out how to help them best, and give them a great experience with us.
To be successful in this role, it’s essential you have:
* Current experience interacting directly with customers daily and providing great service
* Recent retail, call centre, or customer-focused background
Desirable Experience Will Include
* Experience of cash handling
* Processing customer details or data accurately
