We would love to invite you for a conversation. Key responsibilities Welcome members and guests, check them in, and handle enquiries in person/phone/email. Manage bookings (classes, PT sessions, facilities) and keep schedules accurate. Process payments, membership queries, and retail sales where applicable. Maintain a clean, safe, presentable reception and leisure environment. Support the team with admin: basic reporting, stock checks, class lists, member communications. Handle issues calmly and escalate appropriately (complaints, incidents, maintenance). Follow all health & safety and company procedures. Requirements Confident communicator with a warm, polished service style. Organised, accurate, and comfortable with systems. A team player who stays calm under pressure and can handle busy periods. Previous reception/customer service experience preferred (hospitality/leisure a plus). Flexible working over weekends, bank holidays.
