A Tier Two Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a landmark £50m Later Living scheme in Surrey.
This is a rare opportunity to deliver a prestigious, design-led development that combines heritage restoration with high-quality new build construction all backed by a financially secure, privately funded client team.
The Project
The transformation of a historic 23-acre estate in Surrey, into a luxury retirement village for the over-55s. Working alongside Audley Group and Octopus Capital, the scheme comprises:
* Conversion of the Grade II-listed mansion into 18 senior living apartments
* Construction of 93 new luxury apartments plus 13 cottages
* High-end health & wellness facilities
* Extensive landscaping and estate infrastructure works
* Total value: £49–£50m
* Programme completion: September 2027
The Role
* Lead a site team of circa 15 staff
* Take full ownership of programme, quality, HSEQ and commercial performance
* Manage subcontractors across restoration, new build, and infrastructure packages
* Maintain and enhance programme advantage (currently ahead of schedule)
* Drive standards expected on a premium residential scheme
* Report directly to the Construction Director
