Working in a busy office environment in a long established care home carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks
Answering telephone and taking messages, greeting visitors, residents accounts (with training) on excel spreadsheets, filing invoices/statements etc, purchase invoicing, typing letters, sending emails, typing off duty, audits, meeting mins, photocopying for care staff
English and Maths at Nat 5
Helpful, polite, desire to learn, good communication skills, organisational skills & reliable.
