Customer Delivery Driver – Craigavon Extra
Location: Craigavon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
Rate of pay: Starting from £13.35 an hour, with additional payments depending on location.
Working hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Availability for fewer hours (minimum 12) is also accepted.
Availability windows:
* Sun: 08:00 – 18:00
* Tue: 19:00 – 23:00
* Wed: 19:00 – 23:00
* Sat: 08:00 – 18:00
Responsibilities
* Ensure the van and trays are clean and well‑organised.
* Maintain a tidy back yard, removing rubbish and litter.
* Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
* Load the van, checking roadworthiness.
* Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions and refunds.
* Treat all products and deliveries with care, as if they were your own.
* Deliver within the customer’s time slot.
* Call the customer before arrival if early.
* Notify the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
Requirements
* Build teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
* Be warm and welcoming, showing genuine appreciation to customers and colleagues.
* Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace improvements within the store.
* Stay energetic and driven to exceed expectations.
* Share ideas with your Manager and colleagues for continuous improvement.
* Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) with no more than 3 penalty points and at least 12 months of driving experience.
