Bronx Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Bronx, NY.
1. Duties:
o Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
o Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
o Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
o Maintain the standards of care for the unit
o Review Resident records & quality of care
o Monitor overall care & review individual Residents' cases
o Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
o Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
2. Requirements:
o Must hold a valid State RN License
o 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
o 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
o Strong computer skills
o Excellent communication skills
