A leading healthcare communications agency is seeking a freelance Technical Event Project Manager to support the design, planning, and delivery of custom exhibition booths for global pharmaceutical clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in booth builds, who enjoys working across creative, logistical, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end technical delivery of exhibition booths for European congresses Work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to scope, plan, and execute projects Lead briefings with designers, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate build logistics Travel onsite to oversee builds and ensure smooth delivery Ensure all technical elements are delivered to high standards, including AV, rigging, Wi-Fi, electrics, and H&S compliance
About You
5+ years’ experience in technical event or exhibition project management, preferably within life sciences Strong understanding of booth construction, venue limitations, and technical specifications Proven ability to work with international clients and suppliers under tight deadlines Confident managing budgets, timelines, and creative/technical briefings Fluent in English; other European languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
