Responsibilities
* Conducting mechanical repairs, suspension work, and vehicle assessments to high standards
* Diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering geometry, and alignment issues
* Performing plastic repairs, glazing, and air conditioning system evacuation and recharging
* Inspecting vehicles to identify additional damages, ensuring quality refits in collaboration with repair consultants
* Utilising relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications to ensure precise and efficient repairs
* Maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all tasks
Requirements
* Proven experience as a MET Technician or Auto Electrician within the motor trade
* Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs
* Relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications, ideally ATA MET accreditation
* LCV experience is desirable
* Familiarity with steering geometry alignment and adjustment techniques
* Experience working with plastic repairs, glazing, and air conditioning recharges
* Excellent attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
