Responsibilities: This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Assistant at our London Gateway UK HQ. In this role, you will be pivotal in applying your foundational marketing skills to creative execution, strategic support, and campaign development, all geared toward increasing brand awareness and supporting revenue generation for Ziegler UK, a fast-growing global logistics business. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery of our multi-channel marketing efforts. Your day-to-day will involve creating engaging, targeted content (both visual and written), designing graphic assets, scheduling online campaigns, and providing essential support for events, conferences, and tradeshows. You will also conduct vital research on industry trends and customer behaviour, collaborating closely with sales teams and company partners to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing strategies. Desirable skills: Basic knowledge of a CRM system (Hubspot preferable) Basic understanding of lead funnels and lead generation follow-up Willingness to travel as needed (occasional) Ideally 1-2 years experience working in a dedicated marketing role Understanding of B2B marketing Experience using main social media platforms Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Flair for creating both visual and written content Proactive, innovative and flexible approach with a passion to learn and develop Good communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Entry requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
