We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Supervisor to lead our evening and weekend service. If you have a flair for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire a team, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing evening and weekend restaurant operations.
* Ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and a positive dining environment.
* Training, mentoring, and motivating our front of house team.
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Managing reservations, table allocations, and cash handling.
* Be able to organise and support events.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.(Level 1 and 2)
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
