What you’ll be doing
The main part of the job will be to develop Digital Repair journey for clients containing 3 main areas: dashboard, track a fault and service status check applications. All applications are used to engage clients and allow them to use online capabilities to reduce need to call agents. Applications are within micro-frontend architecture and are using backend for frontend integrations. We are also involving AI into the application for more accurate updates and better involvement with client.
Skills and Experience
Must have:
1. Experience in React (hooks, state management, context)
2. Experience in Node / Express
3. Experience in working with shared libs
4. Unit testing (Jest)
5. Being able to manage your work effectively (Jira)
Desired:
6. JS based styling
7. AEM
8. Exposing component/creating libs/storybook
9. Docker
10. Pipelines (AWS, Jenkins, Plumi)
11. Have worked in Telco
