Job Description
My client, a well-established company in Hinckley, is looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their busy internal sales team. You will play a key role in the customer journey, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
Monday-Friday, office based.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming customer enquiries from a diverse customer base
2. Provide accurate quotations and follow up promptly
3. Offer basic technical assistance and product information
4. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate records
5. Collaborate closely with other departments to meet customer needs
6. Perform general administrative duties as required
Candidate Profile:
7. Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role
8. Experience in sales within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or a related technical industry
9. Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different customers
11. Friendly, proactive, and a strong team player with the ability to work independently
