Role Highlights
The Recruitment Manager will:
* Run the AI/ML Division for Europe
* Build and expand client relationships across Biotech, Pharma and Digital Health.
* Head-hunt senior technical talent in AI, ML, Data Science and Software.
* Lead, mentor and grow a specialist recruitment team.
* Drive 360° recruitment processes from BD through to placement.
* Play a key role in shaping a high-growth European practice.
You Will Need
* 4 - 8 years full desk recruitment experience
* Proven track record in Life Science, AI/ML or technology recruitment.
* Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing recruiters.
* Confidence in running a 360 desk with consultative BD skills.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and niche technical candidates.
* Entrepreneurial drive and appetite to grow a practice internationally.
