We’re looking for an experienced Building Services/Facilities Manager to oversee operations, compliance, and maintenance across our UK commercial property portfolio.
What you’ll do:
🔹 Manage building systems (HVAC, lifts, lighting, fire & security)
🔹 Oversee PPM & reactive maintenance
🔹 Ensure statutory compliance & H&S standards
🔹 Negotiate utility contracts & drive cost savings
🔹 Handle tenant issues and service requests
🔹 Lead sustainability & energy efficiency projects
What we need:
✔ Proven experience in building services / property management
✔ RICS or equivalent qualification
✔ Strong contract negotiation & budget management skills
✔ Flexible, dependable, and solutions-focused
