Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Glasgow (mostly Remote Working, with occasional travel to Glasgow)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking Commercial Property team within a well-established, international firm known for its entrepreneurial culture and strong commercial reputation.
You will collaborate directly with a well-regarded Partner who is known for being personable, supportive and easy to work with, handling work across Scotland and at times the wider UK.
This is a role with real scope for progression, allowing you to develop specialist expertise, steer your career in the direction you want and establish yourself as an integral part of a growing Glasgow team.
With a primarily remote working arrangement and only periodic visits to the Glasgow office, you’ll have the flexibility to maintain balance and prioritise what matters.
The Work
You will gain exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:
* Managing a busy and varied caseload with appropriate supervision
* Handling sales, purchases, leasing and asset management matters
* Drafting and reviewing dispositions, leases, missives, variations and licences
* Conducting title reviews, property searches and due diligence
* Supporting the Partner on larger development, investment and portfolio transactions
* Liaising directly with clients, surveyors, local authorities and other stakeholders
* Assisting with team projects, operational improvements and client onboarding processes
This role offers hands-on experience, excellent client exposure and the chance to develop market-leading knowledge.
Your Experience
* At least 1 year of dedicated Commercial Property experience within a legal environment
* Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and confidently
* Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for real estate work
* Confident in building relationships both internally and externally
* Ambition to progress and take on increasing responsibility over time
