Location: Mobile HVAC – Exeter / Taunton areas
Salary: Up to 50k DOE + van & fuel card + overtime and call out
Working Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Role Overview
Provide general electrical / mechanical maintenance on Refrigeration / Air Conditioning, heating equipment and associated plant for various properties and Data Centres.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on plant, equipment and industrial service supplies, including HVAC plant, chillers, split systems, AHU plant and associated equipment.
* Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
* Work in a safe, tidy and responsible manner in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
* Use spares and materials in a cost-effective manner.
* Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by site management or the client.
* Obey client and EMCOR site rules and maintain a high standard of discipline.
* Work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
* Complete site work order documentation to required standards.
* Carry out other duties reasonably requested by EMCOR and client management.
Who You’ll Be / Qualifications
* Solid background in a similar role.
* Trade qualifications and Refrigeration NVQ/C&G certificate.
* Electrically qualified or competent.
* Data Centre experience would be helpful but not prerequisite.
* Refrigerant handling certification.
* Knowledge of Permit to Work system.
* Health and Safety training completed or willingness to undertake.
* Ability to sustain effective relationships.
* Some knowledge of Building Management Systems would be an advantage.
