Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth
Contract type: Term time plus 2 INSET/Additional Days, Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:15
This includes two unpaid breaks, one for 15 minutes and the other for 30 minutes
Salary: H4 pt 6 to H4 pt 9 £25,989 to £27,254 plus £1,045 Fringe
Pro-rata - Actual Salary: £18,412.86 to £19,274.45 pa incl. Fringe
Start Date: ASAP 2025

Responsibilities
* As a Cover Supervisor, supervise whole classes, ensuring that students remain on task and complete work set by their usual teacher.
* Maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences and support learning in line with school policies.
* Create a calm, purposeful classroom environment and manage behaviour to keep students engaged and productive.
