Overview
Behaviour Improvement Officer required. 37 hours per week, term time only. NJC Point 8-13 (actual £23,071 to £24,998). Required: as soon as possible.
Role
* The Behaviour Improvement Officer will embed the Academy’s values of Integrity, Ambition and Excellence whilst supporting students to demonstrate the highest standards of work, behaviour and conduct.
* Manage all aspects of the Academy Internal Exclusion Provision including the design and implementation of behaviour modification programmes and act as a behaviour coach and/or mentor to individual and small groups of students.
Qualifications and Skills
* GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths (or as specified by the academy).
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* Competent IT user.
* Experience of working in a secondary school or with young people, with ability to deal with a wide range of student behaviour.
