Job Title: Associate Consultant – Wellbeing Lead Academy

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Consultant to join the Wellbeing Lead Academy and support the delivery of our pioneering Certified Wellbeing Leader Career Pathway and Level 3 Certificate in Preventing Stress and Supporting Mental Health for Managers.
You will be central to delivering and assessing our accredited qualifications, including the Level 3 Certificate in Understanding Health and Wellbeing at Work and the Level 5 Advanced Certificate in Strategic Wellbeing Leadership. Most delivery is virtual, with occasional face-to-face sessions.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who combines strong training delivery expertise with the ability to assess learners' work. With the Level 4 qualification launching next year, there is also potential to contribute to new programme development and curriculum design.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and impactful live training sessions (primarily virtual, occasional face-to-face).
* Assess learner submissions to a high standard, providing clear and constructive feedback.
* Support delivery across the full Wellbeing Lead Academy training portfolio (Levels 3 and 5 initially).
* Potential to contribute to programme development for new qualifications (including the Level 4 launch in 2026).
About You
* Hold a Master's in Health and Wellbeing at Work/ Equivalent or have 7+ years' experience developing and delivering evidence-based workplace wellbeing strategies.
* Expertise in strategic wellbeing strategy, leadership development, and organisational psychology.
* A recognised training qualification (minimum PTTLS or equivalent).
* Coaching and mentoring qualifications desirable.
* Proven ability to deliver engaging training to professional audiences.
* Strong assessment and feedback skills.
* A self-starter: dynamic, engaging, and confident in building relationships.
