With a strong reputation for developing market-leading web, mobile and software solutions, they are continuing to invest heavily in their product offering and are now looking to appoint a Senior Product & Delivery Manager / Product Owner to help shape the future direction of their core platform and associated product suite.Product Management | Product Ownership | Agile Delivery | Mobile Apps | SaaS PlatformsThe RoleAs Senior Product & Delivery Manager / Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, delivery lifecycle and successful implementation of a suite of established digital products. Working closely with senior leadership, development teams, designers, QA engineers and customer stakeholders, you will drive product evolution whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. The role combines product strategy, client engagement and delivery leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing roadmap ownership with hands-on project execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and communicating product roadmaps across multiple digital products and platform modules.
• Leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Translating business requirements into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and scoping through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including Development, Design, QA and Infrastructure.
• Managing delivery timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting the launch and adoption of new product features and platform enhancements.
• Ensuring high standards of product quality, governance and continuous improvement.

Product Management | Product Ownership | Agile Delivery | Mobile Apps | SaaS Platforms Requirements

• 4+ years' experience within Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Delivery or Digital Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms or digital products.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities and product roadmaps simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, release management and digital product delivery.

Desirable:

• Experience working within digital platforms, mobile products or customer engagement solutions.
• Knowledge of app deployment, release management and user engagement strategies.
• Experience supporting commercial discussions, proposals or product demonstrations.
