* Proactively engaging with customers to understand their requirements and providing expert vehicle recommendations.
* Maximizing sales opportunities through a consultative and professional approach.
* Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and showroom presentation.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, finance options, and industry trends.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven role (automotive experience preferred).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A self-motivated attitude with a drive to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission.
* A full UK driving license.
