We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our clients dynamic contact centre team on a full time, permanent basis. You'll be the voice of the brand — whether supporting customers over the phone or via email — helping them with a wide range of queries about Savings and Retail Finance products. Whether it's assisting someone to open a savings account or supporting a retail finance customer with payment queries, you will play a critical role in delivering a first-class customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
