Area Manager
Location: Yorkshire Territory (Leeds, York, Harrogate)
Salary £42,500 - £47,500 DOE + Commission.

Our client is looking for an Area Manager to guide and drive new business relationships in the Medical Tech industry. This opportunity is open to candidates with experience in working in a field sales position and who have the right mindset and credibility. Our client is a leading provider in medical sales, the company offers a sustainable range of innovative instruments and system solutions for minimally invasive procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own territory, and building relationships with suppliers and hospitals You will be a key part of the sales team and will receive excellent development and support throughout your time with our client.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets
* Attain agreed objectives in order to gain access to performance related commission

* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Have the ability to unearth new business opportunities
* Be able to communicate to a high level, on every level
* Collate, track and develop sales projects
* Co-ordinate sales efforts with team members and through effective cross functional working
* Coordinate designated area meeting follow ups, product support, logistics, installations, regional educational events
Requirements:
* Experience: At least three successful years selling capital equipment into Operating Theatres.
* 2 - 3 years in a business to business field based role.
* Full UK Driving License
* Qualifications: Relevant hospital theatre accreditations held or attained soon after employment.
* Key Abilities: An ability to identify opportunities and convert these opportunities into sales.
* Skills: Learning, developing, supporting colleagues, functioning in high performing team, communication, winning.
