Low Secure and Specialist Rehabilitation Division
Our aim is to provide high-quality assessment, care, and treatment, helping patients progress to less restrictive settings and live independently. Our multidisciplinary teams have extensive experience working with various patient groups, including those with EUPD, mental illnesses in adults and older adults, and acute services treating admissions for stabilization and step-down care.
We prioritize patient involvement in care planning, using compassion to promote inclusivity, motivation, honesty, and respect. Our focus is on outcomes and continuous improvement.

If you want to work with an innovative, dynamic team, develop and deliver up-to-date treatments, and be in a supportive environment, this role offers personal and professional rewards. You can engage in research, teaching, governance, and management, influencing service direction for optimal patient outcomes.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage complex patients, promote service innovation, and develop your interests and responsibilities. You will have an office, ward doctor support, and a full MDT including Clinical Administrators and Personal Assistants dedicated to your wards and services.
We seek a passionate Consultant Psychiatrist who values autonomy, aims to improve patient care, and is eager to lead a team sharing this vision.
