Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

We have an exciting opportunity within our Housing Management team working with residents across North West Leicestershire specifically in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our busy team. The responsibilities include case management and liaising with partner organisations to identify solutions and instigate enforcement action based on evidence available. The successful candidate must be committed to delivering high quality customer service with experience in managing anti-social behaviour. Candidates must be both able to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.
* 21.75 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £19,558 with progression up to £21,817
* Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working
* 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
