We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Team Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience managing busy diaries in a fast-paced, professional setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected investment firm based in Birmingham’s city centre.

As a key member of a collaborative team, you’ll provide vital support to Associates and Managing Directors, ensuring smooth coordination and confident communication across multiple time zones. You’ll become the go-to person for organisation and problem-solving, while building strong relationships with stakeholders in London, Europe, and the U.S.

If you’re aiming to progress towards an Executive Assistant career, this role is the perfect stepping stone.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing complex calendars for senior bankers (Associate level and above)
2. Scheduling meetings and conference calls across global time zones
3. Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
4. Handling expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
5. Assisting with team queries and providing support where needed
6. Offering phone and holiday cover as part of a supportive team
What we’re looking for:
7. Minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant or coordinator – diary management experience is essential
8. Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure
9. A confident communicator with a proactive mindset
The details:
10. -month maternity cover
11. 5 days in the office
12. £ per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
