A leading retail business in the Hair & Beauty sector is looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join them on a full-time and permanent basis.
This is a high-impact position, ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, confidence in managing budgets and agency relationships, and a proven ability to deliver results in customer acquisition.
Pay range
Up to £61,000 per annum. Hybrid – Bracknell (3 days a week). This range is provided by Niche Recruitment Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* Managing digital acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting, and Affiliates
* Leading strategy and delivery of new customer acquisition across both B2B and retail segments
* Overseeing agency relationships and marketing budgets to maximise ROI
* Identifying and testing new channels to drive acquisition growth
* Optimising lead generation funnels and supporting customer conversion
* Collaborating with CRM and insights teams to deliver data-driven, personalised campaigns
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering acquisition-focused digital campaigns
* Strong expertise across SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing within a retail or B2B setting
* Confidence in agency management and budget ownership
* Analytical capability with platforms such as Google Analytics
* A strategic yet hands-on approach to marketing in a dynamic environment
