Your Role as a Drama ECT
* Deliver exciting and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Foster students’ creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance and devising work.
* Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback to support your professional development.
* Take part in regular CPD sessions to strengthen your teaching practice.
* Contribute to the wider school community through productions, clubs, and extracurricular activities.

* A committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
