DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to play a vital role within their Customer Experience Team.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Manage and handle customer service queries via various communication channels, for a number of contracts within the drinks industry.
* Identify and implement long term solutions to customer issues
* Answer inbound phone calls to ensure the department achieves the target performance
* Liaise with key contacts across the network to resolve customer queries
* Provide timely updates to customers in a professional and helpful manner
* Represent the customer in demonstrating excellent standards of customer service
* Support the network as required to ensure customers are clearly communicated to
