Family Solicitor, 5 PQE, West Midlands, £60,000-£70,000 (DOE) – A well established and Legal 500 law practice is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join its dedicated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment while managing a varied caseload covering divorce and separation, financial matters, child arrangements and cases involving domestic abuse. THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a reputable and expanding team in the West Midlands. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters from start to finish, including divorce, adoption, childcare issues, financial remedies, mediation and property arrangements following relationship breakdown. You will be responsible for a busy and often complex workload, delivering a high standard of client care while maintaining strong organisation, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Family Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE within a reputable family law practice. You will have proven experience across the full spectrum of family matters and be comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide clear, practical and compassionate advice.
