Oversee and facilitate water hygiene and treatment maintenance, ensuring all service and repair activities adhere to Marsh’s standards, comply with the current L.C.A guidelines, and meet all pertinent legislation.

Responsibilities
* Water Sampling
* Temperature Checks
* TMV Inspection and Servicing
* Shower cleans and disinfections
* Tank inspections and cleans
* Service and replacement of water softeners and filters
* To regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and other Marsh personnel in order to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business.
* The job holder will be expected to organise their work and time efficiently, and to work supportively within a team.
* Attend to emergency disinfections during normal working hours and outside of normal working hours where necessary.
* Punctual site attendance, wearing relevant PPE and clothing issued.
* Submitting clear, concise and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required.
* Submitting weekly accurate timesheets.
* Communicating with Contracts Managers on job progression.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Experience:
* Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
* Water cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
* Plumbing Qualification or apprenticeship (desirable)
Knowledge
* Knowledge of water treatment and water hygiene
* Knowledge of Legionella
* Knowledge of commercial plumbing
* Knowledge of building services
Personal Qualities/Skills
* Valid driving licence
* Good communication and time management skills.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated.
* The ability to work on your own or as part of a team and make calculated assessments of breakdowns.
