The White Hart is a stunning Grade II listed 14th century pub situated in one of the most picturesque villages in the UK. The pub, which is known for its historic charm, features a cosy, traditional interior and a rear courtyard. It is a popular stop for walkers and visitors to Castle Combe - and there is an opportunity to grow the trade with the local community.

As Head Chef you will lead the kitchen team and work to maximise sales and profit, work with high standards of skill and knowledge to deliver every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of your kitchen.
