Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Head of Integrated Facilities Management to lead and develop a diverse, high-profile portfolio of services including Hard and Soft FM, Grounds Maintenance, Building Cleaning and Street Cleansing.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll set the strategic direction for essential frontline services, driving innovation, continuous improvement and customer focused delivery, while ensuring strong value for money and long-term sustainability.
Day to day, you’ll have overall responsibility for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You’ll strengthen operational resilience, improve resource and workforce planning, and use performance insight to continually raise standards.
* Location: East Suffolk Services, Rotterdam Road (NR32 2EF) and Ufford Depot (IP13 6ET)
* Salary: £60,055 - £66,712 per annum
* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent

You’ll be a proven operational leader with experience of running large, complex services in a safety critical environment. You’ll bring:
