STORE SUPERVISOR – SELFRIDGES (40 HOURS PER WEEK)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus/commission
Location: Selfridges, London
We are recruiting for an experienced and polished Supervisor to join a leading luxury brand based within Selfridges. This full‑time, 40‑hour role offers strong earning potential and the opportunity to represent an iconic fashion house within one of the most prestigious retail environments in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management team in driving store performance and achieving KPIs
* Lead, motivate and coach the sales team on the shop floor
* Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and foster long‑term loyalty
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service
* Support team development through product knowledge and selling‑skills coaching
* Maintain impeccable visual and operational standards
* Act as a strong brand ambassador at all times
Candidate Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience within luxury fashion retail
* Strong understanding of clientelling and luxury service standards
* Commercially aware with a results‑driven mindset
* Excellent leadership, communication and team‑motivation skills
* Genuine passion for premium fashion and elevated customer experience
