IT Productivity Engineer Contract: Type: Perm Location: Newquay, Cornwall, UK We are seeking an IT Productivity Engineer to join our clients cloud focused, friendly and dynamic team This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the organisations productivity services, adhering to service level agreements, and driving continual service improvement. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the resolution of incidents and service requests within the Productivity space, including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Project Online, and the Power Platform. Support the delivery of technological changes across Microsoft 365. Assist with Service Improvements and identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact. Collaborate closely with other IT teams to deliver excellent IT services. Contribute to solutions ensuring they are fit for purpose and provide optimal value for money. Maintain Productivity services to architectural and technical best practice specifications. Act as a stakeholder in the release process for new updates affecting services in production. Produce high-quality documentation to promote knowledge sharing across Productivity services. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, stakeholders, and colleagues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office 365 components such as SharePoint Online & OneDrive for Business ( Well-developed technical skills, especially in advanced troubleshooting Experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenancy (Desirable) Understanding of the Power Platform toolset (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) (Desirable) ITIL qualification - beneficial Knowledge of IT Security protocols, processes, policies, and standards ( Proven ability to write technical documentation like Runbooks and How-to Guides Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences Benefits: Hybrid Working - Minimum of 5 days per month in the office 30 Days holiday plus up to 8 public holidays (pro-rata) Sick pay and 4 Discretionary Christmas Closure Days Contributory pension scheme and Life Assurance cover Free onsite parking Annual leave purchase scheme - up to a maximum of 10 days If you are interested in this position please apply online or for more information please contact me on
