The role:- Oversee executive calendars, correspondence and preparation of key documents-Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events-Provide comprehensive administrative support according to business needs (bookkeeping, marketing, data analysis, etc)- Support project managers with business initiatives-Support business development efforts through client engagement and targeted outreach
The candidate:- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential- Fluency in any additional language would be a bonus- Educated to Bachelor's degree in any subject- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint- Strong analytical thinker with good numerical abilities- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
The salary: between £26,000 and £27,000 per annum depending on experience
