Your role:
You'll support individuals with mental health needs to build independence and confidence in our supported living environment. This isn't institutional care – you'll build genuine relationships and help people prepare for successful independent living.
Day-to-day, you'll:
Build trusting, professional relationships with service users
Support individuals to strengthen coping strategies and improve mental health
Encourage independence in daily activities (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
Facilitate access to specialist services and help implement learned skills
Provide one-to-one support and assist with personal care when needed
Champion equality and positive behaviour through tailored support plans
Report changes in health or circumstances to the home manager

What we're looking for:
2 years' experience in care or mental health work (preferred)
