We are a specialist consultancy partnering with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech companies to solve complex market access and pricing challenges. Our work helps clients secure and maintain patient access to innovative therapies by delivering robust strategies, evidence, and insights tailored to payer and healthcare system requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Client & Engagement Delivery

* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client engagements, ensuring objectives are fully understood and consistently met.
* Lead the design, planning, and delivery of market access projects including value communication, HTA submissions, payer engagement, and pricing strategies.
* Translate client needs into structured project approaches, ensuring deliverables are practical, evidence-based, and aligned with payer expectations.
* Maintain clear communication with clients on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Project Management & Oversight

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
* Oversee project workflows, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
* Provide guidance and oversight to consultants and analysts, ensuring methodologies are applied rigorously and consistently.
* Troubleshoot delivery challenges and ensure risks are identified and mitigated early.

Life Sciences & Market Access Expertise

* Apply deep knowledge of UK and European healthcare systems, HTA requirements, and payer landscapes to shape deliverables.
* Lead the development of core materials such as value dossiers, policy analyses, payer engagement decks, and access strategies.
* Facilitate workshops and advisory boards with payers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to generate insights that inform strategy.
* Keep abreast of evolving market access trends and requirements, sharing insights internally and with clients.

Team Leadership & Development

* Coach and mentor junior colleagues, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
* Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and delivery methodologies within the consultancy.

Education & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (minimum) in
life sciences, health economics, public health, pharmacy, or a related discipline
.
* Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, MBA) preferred, particularly with a focus on
health economics, market access, or healthcare policy
.
* Significant professional experience in a consultancy or agency environment, with a track record in
market access, pricing/reimbursement, or HTA
project delivery.
* Strong project leadership and client-facing experience in the life sciences sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
