Primary, Secondary & KS5 Teachers - Complex Needs Provision | Bow | ASAP Start
Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher looking to make a real impact within a specialist education setting? We are currently recruiting Primary, Secondary, and KS5 Teachers to join a well-supported complex needs provision in Bow, working with pupils and young people with Autism, PMLD, SLD, complex medical needs, and communication difficulties.

The Role:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs
* Support pupils with complex needs, Autism, sensory needs, and communication difficulties
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers
* Promote student engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where necessary
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Has experience working within SEN or complex needs settings
* Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs
* Is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with SEND
* Has strong communication and teamwork skills
* Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
