In this permanent role, you'll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents. As the first point of contact, you'll provide friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support across a wide range of resident needs, from queries and maintenance requests to lease information and community engagement.\n\nResident Services Advisor at a Glance:\n \nPermanent role with a salary of £29,000 + £2000 bonus per annum \nOpportunity to create a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment for residents \nChance to foster a sense of community and assist with events, communication, and day-to-day operations Main duties: \nWork closely with the General Manager and other staff to maintain the highest standards at the property \nEstablish good working relationships with all tenants and assist them in the event of an emergency \nAcquire working knowledge of the technical equipment and ensure prompt assistance with any defects or malfunctions \nMaintain accurate logs of all visitors and ensure contractors have the necessary risk assessments and permits \nProvide a courteous, helpful, and professional service at all times, dealing with queries efficiently and directing them to the appropriate parties Preferred Qualifications: \nStrong customer service background and a positive, can-do attitude \nExcellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make considered decisions \nOrganized, meticulous, and tenacious, with strong financial management skills and IT literacy \nPrevious background in Property is advantageous
