We are looking for a driven, proactive Business Development Manager to unlock new opportunities, strengthen end-user relationships, and accelerate adoption of our products across the Southern region of the UK. Your Role As Business Development Manager, your focus will be driving new business acquisition by actively hunting end‑user opportunities, deepening customer engagement, managing trials and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Support to identify, develop and convert end-user opportunities, driving pull-through demand and supporting our distribution partners with high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities Continually hunting for new business Building strong relationships with target decision makers Converting prospects into active users Mapping end-user potential with strategic insight Managing trials Maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring the CRM is kept up to date Collaborating with Key Account Managers Assisting distributors with opportunities Providing product training and demonstrations where required. What You Bring We’re looking for someone is energetic, commercial, and hungry to win.
