The Role
You will shape the Groups financial direction through insight, analysis and partnership:
Deliver financial insight and analysis to the CFO, Trustees and senior leaders.
Lead on strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Evaluate and present business cases for major projects and investments.
Partner with leaders to drive growth, manage risk and improve efficiency.
Oversee management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support and develop the finance team in collaboration with the Group Financial Controller.
Lead improvements to financial systems, reporting and planning tools.
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong FP&A or commercial finance background.
Skilled in financial modelling, reporting and systems.
Highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused.
Collaborative and confident influencing at senior levels.
