OCU Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK.
The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while meeting time and budget targets.
This is a site based role in Droitwich
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of wastewater projects, from planning through to completion.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing civil engineering or utility projects, ideally in wastewater.
* Strong knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
