Duties
* Manage a personal caseload from start to finish
* Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, and other parties
* Review and scrutinise documentation and evidence
* Prepare complex schedules of loss and conduct detailed quantification of claims (past and future losses)
* Obtain and interpret medical, accountancy, and expert evidence
* Progress cases efficiently while managing client expectations
* Draft letters of claim, witness statements, and other legal documentation
* Litigate cases where required
* Support and develop junior team members
* Contribute to business development and enhance the team’s profile
* Follow internal procedures, client protocols, and professional standards
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation Executive with Grade B experience or above
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Litigation experience is desirable but not essential
